
Faith Over Fashions Philanthropy was launched in December 2025 by Teresa Battle Greene in honor of her mother, Willie Mae Battle, who lived a remarkable life until August 11, 2025. Before passing away Teresa's mom specifically asked her to help the poor and the elderly. Willie Mae passed away at the age of 99.
Teresa began her philanthropic work with a FOF Christmas giveaway to uplift the senior community.
Teresa is a native of Hancock County, Georgia. After graduating, Teresa served in the U.S. Navy for 11 years and a second term in the U.S. Air Force for 6 years. Living abroad in Keflavik, Iceland, and Sicily, Italy, were highlights of Teresa's service to her country.
Teresa has served in ministry for over 20 years. She is an ordained minister and an evangelist. In 2012, she was ordained as an Elder under Bishop Paul S. Morton.
As an entrepreneur Teresa has founded 3 businesses, Enetwork Georgia, Tees Boutiques LLC and Tees Boutique "Heart for the Homeless.
She's an alumna of AIU Dunwoody with a bachelor's degree in fashion with a marketing specialization and is a certified entrepreneur of the Veterans IVMF Syracuse.
In December 2025 Teresa combined her ministry experience and fashion experience, to launch "Faith Over Fashion Philanthropy.
